Nintendo Monitor to VGA breakout cable

Im not sure how many people goto the Monitor thread, I figured more people would come to the main thread so I am going to post here too...

I am trying to connect a Sanyo 20EZ to my PC, I have the VGA pin out, but I have no idea what to connect to the Monitor side, the Inverter board? The Chassis board? No idea. Does anyone have this information? I cannot seem to find it, the search function on here is kind of a PITA.
