I'm working on the exact same restoration at home.  Green Taito to Tan/Brown elevator action.

Wished i had bought the CPO from where you did.  Mine doesn't have the black on the sides and to top it off it is about an 1/8" short on one side and 1/8" long on the other side when centered with the joystick hole. 

Where did you get your centering grommet?  Mine is pretty good, but i need to get one for an arcade that i visit.  I'm tired of playing on their broken machine.

If mine turns out half as good as yours it will be awesome!  The tan/brown i just kind of guessed at.  I guess as long as it pleases me that is good.

haven't looked very much but i do need one for a qix i'm fixin' up.

Wow Frizz - that really came out nice. 

I've got a Taito in my garage that I hope to get to this summer - do you think it is possible for a 25" horizontal monitor to fit in there without hanging out of the back?   I'm thinking about increasing the size of the screen if possible for playing vertical games on the horizontal monitor...
