IE8 problems

I constantly get an error:

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

If I switch on Compatabilty View, the problem goes away but then when I try to post,the text box doesn't work properly.

Anyone else seeing issues with IE8?

issues here with firefox and chrome xp and up os here too
