The three prong PC power supply type things to connect the cord to the cab.

I know I've seen them posted here more than once but I've tried every search term I can think of and haven't found them.

I get mine from Parts Express. IEC Power Jack Chassis Mount for $2

I also have a couple laying around I ripped out of dead power supplies (along with their cooling fans).

A few years ago, someone posted the same question.  There were a few answers until some genius came along and said to take em out of old power supplies.  It was pretty funny since we've all seen them but never thought of that.   :)

This is what I'd recommend. I tore mine out of an old dot-matrix printer, works a treat!

That works if you have a component with the connector you need sitting around.  If you don't have one, ordering one or picking one up from Fry's for <$5 is a good option.  Even if you have a component, you still have to disassemble and desolder.  Not a big deal, but neither is $5 IMO.
