I cant find the Triad downloads for MAME effects, does anyone have them or know where to DL?

To be perfectly honest I am not that sure of what you mean.  I can only guess you mean something similar to the aperture and scanlines files for mame that go in your artwork sub-directory.  These come with Mame if you download it from www.mamedev.org
