WTB Sit down Jamma Cab near S WI

I'm looking for a sit down cab (like the Neo Candy 29) near Southern WI for a reasonable price.  I can travel to Milwaukee, WI; Northern IL; Dubuque, IA, etc.  Basically anywhere within about 4 hours of Madison, WI.  I don't really care what model it is as long as it has a 25"-29" monitor (I'd prefer a 29"), can be converted to MAME, has 6 buttons per player or can be modded to add 6 buttns and is in good condition.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
