It's closed source junk, so I wouldn't become dependent on it if I was you, the community as a whole don't benefit from this kind of thing, and the continued future of both development, and compatibility with modern systems are down to the whim of the developer. The only reason to have a closed emulator these days is to boost the ego of a developer who doesn't want to cooperate with anybody else.
Even if it does a good job (and from the sounds of it, it's pretty rough around the edges compared to other single system emus) I throw it on the pile of 'best ignored' because it has no real future so even if it gets your hopes up in a few areas (as AAE has done with vector games) efforts and community support would be best directed on improving existing projects which do have a future.
