Silver Strike 2009 home edition! what a steal
« on: August 03, 2010, 04:00:56 pm »

They have this on sale for a $3,295.00 on amazon.

Doesn't even come with a monitor.

Ouch!  :censored:

I never even played this game yet but I heard it is awesome.  I think I will just wait 10 years at this price.

Yeah I have both wii sports and wii sports resorts.  I actually hold the TG WR for both.  And I am sure I am impressing no one hahahha

WCB isn't all that great.

I mean don't get me wrong it isn't bad but it doesn't have a good replay value.

You can get more strikes rolling it straight than hooking it. And in real bowling that isn't true.

IMO

  • Yeah, owning a MAME cab only leads to owning real ones. MAME just isn't good enough. It's a gateway drug.

Don't forget the cost of the hardware to run that, lol.

I do like the design of the pedestal.  Would make an interesting modern showcase Mame "cabinet".

Yeah I agree.  The whole concept is awesome.  And looks like it woud save a lot of room too.  42 inch lcd on the wall and this would be rocking for a mame design.

I really dig trackball games.  One of these days I will finish converting my Golden Tee 99 to a full out Track ball only mame machine.

But I still can't stop playing golden tee

You wouldn't have to give up anything since that version of Golden Tee is supported in MAME.
My GT mania after playing the various versions in MAME caused me to by a Fore! machine.
