Tried to modify an !NEW! thread and things went haywire
« on: July 26, 2010, 02:48:34 pm »
I was trying to update this thread
and when I go to post it the post doesn't appear and then I tried to edit my last post and now that one just dissapeared
Any ideas as to what is going on?

The bottom doesn't finish loading. I will try to fix it in the database but the thread is probably corrupted beyond repair. I've seen this happen a couple of times in the past. :(

I was thinking it might be an open HTML tag somewhere?  Certain browsers may not ignore the tag if it's not closed.

I've seen that happen with EZBoard forums before, same symptom.

You keep breaking everything instead of just bending it.
Less force next time.

This thread is another that looks like it's gone crazy... Oddly enough it was created yesterday and it's regarding virtual bezels too.

Just use ZIP from now on.

However this exposes a vulnerabilty! Makes me wonder what would happen if one were to attach a .php  *evil grin*
NO MORE!!

Shouldn't be able to attach .php files. :)

no, but if .txt messes things up, imagine a .txt with php code in it.  ;D
