I have an HP monitor that has the same feature. It is great for mame.

They are some nicely priced HP LP2065's on ebay. They are awesome. Great viewing angles and, as you wanted, they also rotate.

another option is getting a 24 inch monitor you are able to wall mount with this

http://www.amazon.com/VideoSecu-Adjustable-Rotating-Monitor-Screen/dp/B001L4AJDW/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1279299394&sr=8-2

Rotating it for a wall mount vertically for pinball action too.  Just a thought or what I was thinking.

geeks.com always has a bunch of rotating monitors as well. They happen to have a 20" HP for $95 right now, but also similar 17"s.

I wonder why they call it 720p in the description. It's a 1600x1200 max resolution (I'm using one right now).

720p = 1280x720 or 1366x768
Both resolutions comfortably fit within the 1600x1200 boundaries. I'm guessing that the monitors will letterbox some black bars onto that picture to fill the 1600x1200, yes still natively display the 720p advertised.
