faulty rowe ami r1-5 arm not putting down.

Hello please could someone help me with a problem with my Rowe Ami R1-5 Romantica.It worked fine when i picked it up last week.But now the arm is not operating properly,it is not  putting down on the record it swings across but not lifting ,so it misses jamming up against the edge.So when i put it on the record,it just sticks on the first track,the arm is not being released from the mech,to track across the disc when  i take it too the center(feeling stiff). it drags back with out lifting  Please could you help me .also i need the manual.Norman.P.S. i live in Manchester UK.

Norman has been in touch re this jukebox. I have suggested that he check the two guide pins that are on the back of the tone arm to make sure that they are both over the tone arm cam and that the tone arm cam is not damaged.
