I know you've already committed, but for future reference with a flush trimming bit with a bearing, you don't really need skills, just a template (which the control panel top can serve as):

Not sure where you're at, but over here we have a place called Tap Plastics (
http://www.tapplastics.com/ ), and of the three locations I've frequented, they're just the nicest people ever. They'll give you actual price quotes on the spot, not ballpark figures, and they don't ever try to upsell... It's always about what's ideal for the use.
That said, I could see being charged $100 on the top end of the spectrum being within reason... I'd still expect them to throw in abrasion resistant polycarb at that cost though (where the materials alone at 1/8" would make up about half that cost).
