WTB - spinner
« on: August 04, 2003, 01:39:08 am »
I am now looking for a spinner.  It need not be computer hacked already, just looking for a standard arcade spinner, like for a tron or tempest machine.  If you have an Oscar spinner, I am intersted in those, too.  Must be working, but I will listen to all offers.

PM me or email

Thanks!

I try to avoid ebay if I can - dumbasses always seem to overbid and end up paying the same as retail or more with "handling fees".  Plus the one you posted is not tested.  but thanks for looking out for me!

eh...
I just had this one on my watch list to see how much it would go for.

Good lick finding one!
(Have you thought of building one yourself?)
I think I'm gonna try that route...

Unfortunately I coach football and once two-a-days start I won't have any time for this hobby, so I'm trying to get things done as fast as possible.  If I were just building the spinner I could do it, but I am building an entire cab so I need something plug n play, or at least an easy mouse hack away from working.

I'm always looking to exhaust all options before I go "retail".  :)

if time is of the essence, then retail is the way to go.

no nothing like that i do have 2 oscar spinners (cant part with either sorry) but beyond that i have no connection to oscar. that was just my opinion obviously. im unaware of any other places besides ebay, oscar, and those tornado spinners, as far as getting one before your timeframe is up...... and for less than going rate, good luck. you could always make your own, but personally i go for authentic look and feel and havent seen any homemade ones that compare to the 2 i own, both were less than 50$.

you know what i would do, whatever you choose to do is fine, just trying to help.

I know you are just trying to help - and I probably will end up with an oscar 3, but if I can find someone parting out their cab and they have an oscar that they are willing to sacrifice, I'm going to exhaust those options first.

Thanks for looking out!
