Aim Trak Mame setup
« on: July 05, 2010, 04:59:48 pm »
Can someone refresh my memory how to set up the Aim Trak in Mame.  I got it recognized as a mouse in windows, I set up multi-mice in Mame, and I set up the lightgun to equal the mouse.  I went into the in-game menu and it always says 'mouse 1'.  My regular mouse works but not the Aim Trak mouse...I know I am missing something easy in Mame......what is it???

Thanks....

Edit this settings in mame.ini:

To enable the Aimtrak (one, two or more):
Code: [Select]
lightgun 1
If you are using the Aimtrak GP Buttons:
Code: [Select]
joystick 1
If you are configured shooting offscreen to mouse right in the Aimtrak config utility:
Code: [Select]
offscreen_reload 1
Now remap the control lightgun x & Y axes to match your Aimtrak.
There is no need to enable multimouse and mouse to use the Aimtrak.
