FS: Star Wars yoke interface [Albany, NY] ** SOLD **
« on: July 01, 2010, 09:42:40 pm »
Since I have the Ram Controls interface as well, I am selling my Dual Strike hacked interface. The Dual Strike was a sealed, new in box unit that I opened just for this. I had it saved for when I got the yoke; I bought it way before Dave announced he was making his USB interface. This is also plug and play for the Star Wars\ROTJ\ESB yokes, and I believe it also works with the 720 controller as well. (may need some tweaking for it however).

Sorry for the lack of shrink wrap tubing - I was excited and didn't have any left. However, each wire is properly tinned and soldered. After that, each individual wire then got a wrap of electrical tape, then each group of wires was wrapped in tape, and then the entire bunch of wires received a final wrapping. (I know - this is truly hacked; however I wanted to get the thing up and running immediately; it took three years almost to get my yoke!!!)

Asking $50 shipped to continental US. If you're not, let me know where to send it and I'll get a shipping quote and adjust the price accordingly.

Will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. (probably sooner)

One thing about comparing the two interfaces; there is no difference between the DS and Ram Control's - I have used both and they are the same...

Ahh - gotcha! Yeah, that would be a good idea but I'll leave it up to the new owner.

Feeling charitable, and need some Paypal fundage ASAP...

I'll also throw in a new Radio Shack enclosure (270-1803) if you want to keep it nice and protected:

How about $35 shipped? That's about break even for me and you get a board that was NIB before the hack...
