Repairing/Replacing Asteroids Cabaret Wood-Grain?

I have just acquired an Asteroids Cabaret. The wood-grain sideart is peeling at the top of both sides.

1) Is there a replacement wood grain sticker for this?

2) Would it enhance the cab to get some Asteroids art to apply to the sides instead?
