I just picked up a working all original Outrun that needs a little work. I'm fixing / replacing the monitor now, but the wheel is down to the metal on the top and the shifter feels funny (broke?). I know the wheel needs replacing for sure but haven't dove into the cp to check out the shifter yet. I'm watching Ebay but figured I'd be wise to try here first. Thanks!

I Just missed one on Ebay the guy said he tossed in the dumpster for $15 :(

I got one with the wheel off Ebay. Spent 1/2 of what I spent on the whole game just for the wheel and shifter :(
