Turbo Twist High Low Spinner Installation
« on: June 15, 2010, 06:36:15 pm »
I purchased a turbo twist high low from a member of these forums, but I an not sure how to hook it up.  I tried emailing groovygamegear but I did not get a response back and I do not see any documentation on the website about installation.

The spinner itself has a cable that connects into the interface board, but then there are also the microswitches on the spinner that are activated by pushing or pulling on the spinner that I am unsure of how to connect.  The microswitches  have a cable that I assume plugs into the interface board, but the cable also has a quick disconnect connector, and I do not know where to plug this quick disconnect connector.

I have been trying to get to spinner to work with a 1XXX in 1 board with no luck, and any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.

You need to enable the mouse on the 1xxx board. The microswitches on the Turbotwist Hi Lo should work as mouse buttons and be tied into the interface that comes with the Spinner.  Should work if you enable the trackball (mouse) and the spinner will use only 1 axis.
