Jut in case anybody cares

, I figured out how to setup the monitors. My touch screen was serving as a mouse pad for my main screen.. whenever I touched the touch screen the click transferred on to the main screen... which is pretty useless. Here's what worked for me in case it happens to anyone else again. *note: first try doing it without these steps. On my laptop it installed fine without having to go through all these steps*
1. Make sure your video chords plugged in all the way
2. Connect both screens you hope to use and Make the non touchscreen the main screen
3. Disconnect your main screen (the non touch screen) and the touch screen will automatically become the main screen
4. Install the ELO driver and calibrate the touch screen.. everything should be working fine on the touch screen
5. Connect the LCD screen again and now it will become the main screen automatically
The touch screen should now work fine
