Sadly, pretty much everyone is out of stock ... :'(
So ebay might be your best best.
I know lizard Lick sells some limited quantity of used ones.

That photo is not of a Wico button holder. That looks like the more modern button holders that Bob Roberts sells (or did... I bought mine years ago).
Wico leaf holder looks like this:
