MAME Marquee
« on: May 11, 2002, 05:32:03 am »
In the process of designing my marquee, I have ended up with at least 2 extra copies.

These were designed using the basic mame logo with an image size of 8 x 28 and custom printed at Kinko's on a backlit material (a special semi transparent plastic feeling material designed to have a light behind it). The background is black with the purple flame in the middle behind the MAME letters which leaves enough material to trim left/right, top/bottom.

These cost me approximately $28.00 each for the printing.

My plan was to list these on Ebay but I thought I would toss a note up here to determine if there is any interest.

I only wish to recover cost and am not focused on making a profit.

Any interest?

Steve

Yes, I'd be interested.
Could you possibly post a pic?  Or a link to one currently shown somewhere?   I think I know the one you're talking about, but I'd like to be sure.

Also, I haven't decided on what I'm going to do for the bezel around my monitor.  What did you do for that also?

Email me at rick6668@yahoo.com to arrange details.

Thanks,
Rick
