If I buy Happ Comp Sticks from GGG, do they come with the hardware?

Or do I need to buy it separate?

what hardware are you talking about?  mounting screws?  generally speaking, no matter where you order joysticks from, you only get the joystick itself...you have to supply the mounting screws/bolts and any wiring involved in connecting it.  there are just too many different mounting options that make supplying mounting hardware pointless.

what is the width of the hole for Happ Buttons?  i heard it is 3/4 in but cant find any confirmation.

you dont need special hardware you can just buy what you like at any hardware store.

Those are for trackballs. 

If you are mounting sticks onto wood, skip the carriage bolts and look at the method which uses these.
