WTB Midway coin-door 25 Cent insert plate (holder)

I'm looking for a single Midway coin-door 25 cent insert plate, as seen in this picture:

My cocktail cabinet is missing one, and I'd like to replace the tape I'm using with the proper holder.
Hoping someone has an extra one to spare and wouldn't mind selling it to me.

I haven't had any luck finding any, but if you are looking for a better solution than tape, I typically find large washers to hold it in place from the top/bottom.
