I guess it depends on what you plan to do with it. If the monitor is in good shape, you have that, the wheel, shifter, pedals, driving seat, speakers, and the housing itself. You can spend more than half of the price on
just the seat if you are buying new.
I think if you are considering this as a jumping point to make a generic driving cabinet, you have to consider the sum value of the parts, rather than what you can get for it when restored (unless that is what you are planning to do.)
