Good Speaker System for Cab
« on: May 01, 2010, 12:09:59 am »
Dell has been putting these systems on sale for $20-$25 every so often.
I picked up one a few weeks ago for $25 to use in my driving cab.
(I ended up substituting logitech satellites because they were black & worked better with my cab)

I wasn't expecting much for the price, but I'm impressed.
It puts out a solid about of bass for its small size.

The reason I'm mentioning them in here is that all the controls
are on a wired remote that can be mounted somewhere else on your cab.

The power button, volume knob, subwoofer control & headphone jack are all located on the wired remote.

I didn't think to measure it before running the wires, but the cord is probably around 5ft long based on the run that I had to make.
