Powering Up Computer Using Belkin Green Power Strip?
« on: April 29, 2010, 10:44:28 pm »
I have Belkin Power Strip that I use to power pretty well everything BUT my computer. For whatever reason the computer wont boot upon start-up using the wireless remote included...anyone use this and have it working to power EVERYTHING?

Have you got your PC bios set up to automatically boot on power on? The powerstrip won't alter your PC settings LOL, so you will have to set up your bios to 'power on after power loss' or similar. All the powerstrip does is feed power to the power cable, it does not switch things on for you.
