Mala works with mameUI not mameb

Been using Mala for a long time but everytime i go to re-install a fresh copy i get stuck on Please Wait! collecting bios ... when using mame135b.  If I change to mame135UI it works and quickly refreshes the main gamelist.  Is this supposed to be happening?  I'm thinking this may have somethign to do with the mame.xml, going to try erasing the mame.xml and letting mala create a new one and see if that fixes it.  Also in MameUI if I wanted to change the settings by hand would i use mameui.ini for that, the reason i ask is that i don't see the same options i see in the usual mame.ini

I was trying this from the desktop, when i changed directories to the C:drive and the directories that are in the WIKI C:\Emulators C:\Emulators\mala C:\Emulators\Programs C:\Emulators\Programs\mame it worked.  Sorry for missing this one, this has had me wasting time before.  Just need to follow directions and use the correct directories.
