GameLists: Multiple emuls in same list

Been out of the mala scene for a little while just wanted to know if there is an easy way to do Multiple emuls in same list other than the work around.  I am looking to do all Donkey kong games, mame, nin, super nin,  atari etc etc so every game would be a different emu
