U360 balltops measurement help
« on: April 20, 2010, 06:42:04 pm »
Can anyone give me some info on the shaft and replacement ball tops for those amazing Ultrastiks? I was able to find a set of the aluminium ball tops I was looking for that were originally for the slikstik replacement happ shafts, now I am trying to see if they could be a possible fit on the u360.

Get the thread width of ther balltops, and search here for the U360 measurement (I asked it once, forget now).

Check Buy/sell for vendors that sell extended shafts if that's what you're after, or consider undermounting the sticks if you want short shaft.

The U360 has a M6x1 thread.

I'm only guessing here but I wouldn't imagine the Slikstik shafts will have a metric thread and will be something like 5/16 UNC.

Unless anyone knows for sure, the easist way to confirm if they fit or not would be to ask the seller to try screwing them on a standard M6 machine screw/bolt etc.
