Anyone know of a way to shell windows 7, or to hide the os? I cannot seem to find a way to hide the bootup and shutdown screens.

Haven't tested this yet, but it looks like "Instant Sheller" has been modified to include Windows 7 as of 4/10/10.

Thank you for the tip. It looks like you still cannot fully hide windows 7. That is alright, I am not really picky.
