Can new Xbox 360s still be flashed?  It's neither here nor there, really, as I literally play less than a couple hours of videogames per month and I don't really see that changing until at least after I take the bar in July (and hopefully after that I'll be moving far away and starting a new job, etc., and new associates work retarded hours so when I'm home I'll probably be spending all my time with the family, etc.).  But I am curious.  As an example I softmodded my Wii a month ago and put about 15 pirated games on there (plus a ton of VC and WiiWare games) and haven't played it a single time since.

but the stealth aspect is all but gone by the end of the game. I'm at the whitehouse level right now.

I was going to buy the PC version of Conviction, but now that I've read about the type of DRM on it, I'm passing.

same as Assassin's Credd II's and its mind boggling. If you dont have an internet connection you cant play it. If your internet drops, you cant play it. uberlame

Yep. I'm fine putting up with most DRM, but that one just bugs me. Hopefully Ubisoft will put out a patch later that removes that crap (some company do remove the DRM in later patches).

I've always actually thought the Hitman games were better in terms of sheer nihilism and "here's the mission, you figure out how to do it".  Always fascinated me to play through the levels a couple of a different ways.  Splinter Cell's always been a more polished experience, though.  This game seems to borrow fairly liberally from Hitman, which is a plus in my book.
