I'll have to pass that along to my son.  He goes to school at RIT which is practically around the corner from Marketplace Mall.

I'll probably be there Saturday. Since it's free, I'll be towing along the family. I think it's great that it's in the mall this time, as I can split up with the wife since she's not really into this stuff.

I might have to skulk around this one as well, if I find the time.  8)

I was planning to go, but it seems like I am going to go up and put the water in at the cottage instead.  :'(

It seemed to be working, but "rough" would have been a kind description of the overall condition.

It was great to see all of those pins in one room.  If only I had unlimited space and cash :).

This is the earliest I have ever opened up -- normally I don't do it until on/after Mother's Day, but Mrs Cheffo wanted to be open early, so we opened early.

Let me live vicariously - post some pictures someone!

Was not nearly as big as years past.  But then... thats what you get for free I
guess.   Can only hope that another one will take place, on the same scale
as before.

From what I heard, quite a bunch of games sold very early on.
I didnt see the Sinitar cockpit for example.  I showed up a bit late.

From what I understand, it was still there Sunday afternoon.

Last summer I took my kids to vist their uncle in Rochester. Took them to the 'National Museum of Play' - OMG!  I had no idea they are an 'International Center for the History of Electronic Games' it was friggin amazing.  They had a pretty extensive gameroom full of the classics as well as an extensive exhibit containing the complete history of vid games.  I was completely blown away.

Yeah - it's nice. They bought the Videotopia exhibit so instead of just being a temporary thing, its permanent. Which is a good thing!
