SpinTrak Rotary Control Spinner Configuration Help MAME UI64
« on: April 01, 2010, 08:55:23 pm »
Great site, full of information.

I am in the process of putting together my CP and need some help configuring the Spin Trak with UI64.  I am not married to UI64, as I am also looking at Hyperspin. The MAME Version I am running is 0134S.

The two games at this point are Tempest and Arkanoid.

I have tried a variety of options to get this spinner to work and are not being successfull. Any help is appreciated.

I did verify my system does pick it up via USB.

Thanks in advance
JC

You need to enable mouse input.  If you use the standard version of MAME, you can create a mame.ini file and set it there.  If you stick with the UI version, you need to enable it in the options menu (don't remember where since I haven't used the UI in a couple years).
