Golden Tee conversion to Multi Game suggestions welcome.

Well I talked the wife into getting the Golden Tee in the new house's family room.  The deal is to sell my other stand up arcade machines and lone pinball machine and only keep this one.

I am looking into turning this into a Multi Gaming Machine with Mame, other emulators, Jukebox and some PC games that work with the arcade controls I decide to go with.

I looked at going to arcades4u to make me a control panel but a lot of the specs are way to over sized on their control panels. I might still email Jack and ask him if he is intersted in doing a custom job seeing I have two little ones at home and I no time for even sleep. I just can't trust myself to get any major work done.

I would like it to be a 4 player lay out but in the smallest control panel possible.  My Favorite games are Karate Champ, Tron, DK and Golden Tee.  So I figured the 4 player lay out could work with the extra joystick for Karate Champ.  I also would love to play the simpsons, NBA Jam and Gauntlent when people come over to play.

I actually think this golden tee game was once an NBA JAM machine because there is the NBA JAM look a like control panel layout when I open up the control panel.

I can go on and on but if anyone has a similar set up and has a compact 4 player control panel please post photos or links to photos.

I should probably post the inter-dimension of the CP box.   

I wonder if I should just make a few different tops and Swap them out?

My current top I have it at the bottom of the screen but it is an inch shy wide.

Thanks for the response.  I am sure this will spark up a few hundred more ideas in my head hahhaa but I am digging the top Idea. uuumm is there quick disconnects?
