Which kind of jukebox is it (Picture) and which software do you use? for wiring buttons, you propenty can use iPac and such keyboard encoder and eventuelly use a jukebox software that dont require a monitor at all (my own and DWjukebox can do that job).
Decade Old Work: MultiFE, ArcadeMusicBox
Today Works: Various Spectrum Next games from Rusty Pixels and html5 games.

I dont have a real jukebox, but have created arcade based jukebox software.

If you want to wire the buttons allready in place and use these buttons to been used, I recommend to use a keypad based jukebox software like Sk-Jukebox, DWJukebox as well MultiFE (my own software, using the Jukebox GUI and in vertical mode). They are all suited to been used the keylayout shown in the picture. MultiFE as well DWJukebox can both been used in monitorless mode.

Elsewise its same as wiring controls to a arcade machine using a keyboard encoder and connect that to a PC using USB or PS/2.

If you being using a touchscreen, you can looking software like Uncle'T Jukebox which can both to been used with touchscreen and keypad. There is other software of course, but not sure how they can use Keypad (such as Etouch and simular software) too.... But of course you can change these keys to been use for speciel controls as skip songs, pause etc and then change the labels.

I think space fractal is on the right lines. If you want to use the keypad then you would probably better going for something like SK Juke and not bothering with a touchscreen at all. However I would just blank off that keypad section and mount a touchscreen vertically in there.... I assume you are in the UK since you have picked up a sound liesure cab, you might be interested in one of these....

On sale 25th March in Aldi - http://www.aldi.co.uk/uk/html/offers/special_buys3_13451.htm

Should fit in there mounted in portrait mode. Of course you would then have to find some software that would run in that resolution which i think space fractals will as will E-Touch (My Software) if you create a skin for that resolution.

Should be easy to set up with SK Jukebox, i have actually seen that mod in a commercial environment and it worked very well.
