FAO: Anyone who's used mamemarquees before...
« on: March 19, 2010, 06:14:16 am »
...does anyone know if they are able to re-size dedicated cabinet artwork to fit home built cabs? I was looking to use the Dig Dug artwork.

I've based my cab on the Woody (amazing space saving design!), but now am unsure of what to do with it on the artwork front?

Project thread with better phots coming soon.

PS: I love this site! Thanks all.

Just a little warning ahead of time whenever any customization to your artwork is required with mamemarquees.  Scott might take a while or might not even reply so either be prepared to have patience or seek other alternatives in case.  Hopefully Scott's email system has improved from the last time I dealt with him because when you do get a hold of him his work is excellent.

You're best to resize yourself and get it to a 1:1 PDF.
It leaves less to translation and improves the chances that you'll get exactly what you're looking for.

I've had both the Centipede Marquee and Bezel resized without issue from Scott.   I don't remember how long it had taken but it wasn't anything terribly unreasonable...

I just took measurements of my cabinet and set him An image of the marquee, and everything was done excellent, with no issues.

His stuff is amazing so even if you have to wait a little it's worth it for something you will want to be 100% happy with.

I just used Scott for a totally custom job. It took about 3 weeks or so from start to finish-- and my work was all custom. He's a good guy and I was happy with the product.
Seriously. Will it fit in my basement or what?
