We have had many emails asking us when were going to sell the cocktail table cabinet kits for games such as Ms. Pac Man and Galaga and now we are currently selling them at our website. All cabinets can be made from oak, birch, MDF board or whatever you want (no plywood). Please email us for pricing. All kits include the following:



Piano Hinge
T-Molding (black)
Angle Brackets
Corner Braces
Flat Braces
Leg Levelers
Wood Glue
Screws
Assembly Instructions

Not Included:
Laminate Material (we do not laminate these) however I'll do it for you for an additional cost + material
Stain (let us know what kind you want) $25 extra charge plus cost for stain.
Prime/Paint ($25) extra.
Glass Top (Special Order) additional cost

Monitor
Coin Door

You can also buy our kit assembled. Assembly is an additional cost and only includes the assembly of the cabinet (no glass, no game components). Weight of this kit is 60 lbs.

We do allow customer pickups at a couple locations if your local to us (Westland, Canton or New Boston) Michigan. If your outside Michigan please email us your zip code and we can determine shipping costs for you. Shipping costs will include Pallet and packing materials.

If you would like us to build you a complete Ms. Pac Man, Pac Man or Galaga game please email us for approx price quote. We require 1/3rd down for a deposit when doing this and the rest due when your game is completed. You can pay by credit card, US postal money order or cash. These plans are in Adobe EPS format, if you do not have adobe, the files have been converted to JPG format for you and included within the zip file

I wonder if the little twerp will speak up for himself on this ... those absolutely are Jake's plans (beyond the EPS/JPG, you can look at the sample and the are Jake's plans).

I guess he was lying to everybody when he said that his DK build weren't based on Jake's.

EDIT: I see they are available for download form from his site as well AND, while he displays secure payment logos, the form submits your credit card info back to him, NOT to a secure processing site. He stole from others, he'll steal from you.

They obviously don't know what the penalties are for defamation and slander. I'm hoping the MOD puts them to rest once and for all. If this was my forum I would suspend those trolls and ban their IP's. I'de like to personally have the names, numbers and addresses of these people slandering my business so I can send it all to my lawyer. I'll pay anyone for them to send me this information in a PM. I also want Captian Pinball's information from coinopspace as well. I would love to serve these people at their front door and see them smile.

Truth is a 100% defense and I am easily found (although I am in Canuckistan).

RE: Credit card processing -- your site does not validate cards and does not provide an immediate confirmation as a secure passthrough would. It just submits to your site and says "thanks for your order! We'll send you an email". If *I* am wrong and it is a secure direct processing, then please prove it.

If you want to prove that you are not selling Jake's nor Kyle's plans, then send a copy of what you are selling to somebody that we can all trust and they can verify.

I am not a lawyer. However, as I understand it the burden of proof in a claim of libel or slander lies with the person making the claim. I believe there is a difference between libel/slander/defamation (hereafter grouped simply as libel but encompassing all terms) and a statement of opinion. I also believe a statement of truth is not libel, even if the statement is of a negative nature towards a business. It is my belief that statements of opinion and statements of truth are Constitutionally protected free speech.

I believe one of the values in a web forum such as this is the free and frank discussions of the merits and other factors concerning merchants who sell products related to this hobby -- be those comments positive or negative.

Although some of the language and tone used have been harsher than I would prefer on this forum, I have not seen anything warranting a ban and will not be taking any such action at this time.

Then be prepared to be contacted by my lawyer for allowing such libel and slanderous statements by your users that have not proven any such thing as you put it and continue to do what they do, your not a lawyer so you don't really know what your talking about either. If I loose one sale from this forum and can prove it by one simple email from a customer my claim is a valid one. Further more Saint, It would not be hard for me to have my lawyer file a 4,000 claim over at the Barrow County Court House on Barrow Park Drive for $25 bucks against you for such slander. If anything I should be able to get a cease and desist order to remove the comments or shut your site down.

It will behoove you to not either remove the comments by those users slandering my business, or remove the threads altogether. As I said before, if you don't like what I sell or how I sell it, leave me the ---fudgesicle--- alone and go harass someone else.
