As seen in the pictures, this Sega Dreamcast has been modified with a VGA port and a 3.5mm headphone jack which you could either use PC speakers with or use a 3.5mm to L&R RCAs adapter. There's a switch next to the VGA port to enable/disable the VGA output. Up is VGA on.
Console is a version 1 and therefor plays backups as seen in the picture of Under Defeat being played on my VGA compatible monitor. Version 1 also means that you could overclock the console if you were so inclined to do so.
Included with the console will be:
1x Official Sega Controller
1x Performance brand Astropad
1x Official Sega VMU (batteries dead as usual)
1x Power cord
1x A/V cord
As per the rules of the boards, no illegal copies are for sale with the Dreamcast. If requested, I will go through my collection of originals to see what I'm willing to give up although, honestly, with the Dreamcast being able to play "backups" as is, I really don't see the need for originals...
I'll start things off at $75 + shipping. This is more of an "I need money" than an "I have too many Dreamcasts." If you have a problem with the price, offer something else. I'm open to trades (I have nothing in mind) but there has to be some sort of cash involved because otherwise I can't afford to ship the DC. On that note, I will be shipping the DC after payment has cleared.
<image note>In the picture of Under Defeat being played, the image blurriness is caused by my camera. I assure you, the picture is extremely sharp. Also, in the same picture, you'll see a black bar on the left side of the screen. That is how MY widescreen monitor deals with non-native resolutions. If you use a 4:3 aspect ratio monitor you will not have any black bars. Also, some widescreen monitors will stretch to fill the whole screen if that's your cup of tea.
