I've seen several of them with corroded connectors on the black box.
Usually one of the harnesses in the lower right corner.
There is a black foam pad inside that rots away at the soider points on the board.

Try wiggiling the connectors and see if it stops/starts/stops again.

You can get a rebuilt box or try to clean up your old one.
I may even have a spare around here someplace.

Hello satisfair,

When you turn on the jukebox does it spin and stop after going around about a revolution and a third or does it keep spinning round?
When it is spinning round does the index led on the mechanism control board flash also does the home led flash when the mechanism goes pat number 99?

Do you have a manual for this jukebox? If not get one.
As in the last message check for dry joints to the connection pins only on all of the boards.

www.victoryglass.com is the source of manuals and parts for jukeboxes.

Hi satisfair,

There is a solenoid that pulls in to make the magazine motor go round. This solenoid drops out after a revolution and a third or when it gets to the selected record.

Your problem could be a faulty opto switch or the Mechanism Control board/Central Control Computer.
