Koss Portapro

Does anyone here have any experiences with Koss Portapro headphones?

My headphones from a 1st generation iPod Shuffle have finally died meaning I can't play arcade games in the living room with sound until they're replaced. I have been looking round the web and hear generally good things about them. I wondered if they were as good (for the money) as people seem to think or is it just mass hysteria?

Mine arrived today. WOW they sound incredible  

Edited to add: I underestimated how good these sound. The more I use them the more impressed I am with them. They still look like the £17 they cost, but sound more like £100.
