Odd glitch in UMK 3

I noticed today while playing my UMK 3 jamma pcb that whenever I play as Scorpian and preform his spear move he just says "Get ov" and not the full "Get over here!".  I searched around and read somewhere that this is a common glitch in revision 1.0 but was fixed in the later revisions.  Problem is, I have revision 1.2 (the latest official revision).  I wonder if this is a voltage issue that is also causing my MK2 board to be acting up...hmmm

No it happens on all rom revisions even the Zeus hack. It'll do it sometimes on mine but not always.  Like I said before you can bring your board down here or ship it to me and I'll test it in my cab
