Jurrasic park- Lost world- this damn machine is cursed

Been working on and off again on this thing. First problem was the 33" monitor with a Pentranic Chassis Ch288. Had the chassis reworked and its been back once already due to track damage in transport. A reworked unit was sent the second time (as the tech was worried about the reliability of the original) and it worked well. Pulled off the sensors to start tracking down a bad sensor - put it back together and now the monitor is out again. Made a crackling/screeching noise from the chassis and now is dead once more

I've checked the main board fuse, AC in and all connections. Dead. Pulled the chassis out and had a quick look at the tracks underneath - all look ok.

Any suggestions? I think I'll have to send it back again unless its something simple
