Gorf JAMMA Adapter

Does anyone know if it is possible to build a JAMMA adapter to run a GORF board set in a JAMMA cabinet or would you need a different power supply?  I'd like to try this but I didn't know if it was as simple as just building an adapter for it or if there is a lot more involved. Thanks!
