Installing smoked plexi
« on: July 25, 2003, 09:52:31 am »
I've seen this touched on in other threads, but wanted to give it its own.  I had to perform a hit for the mob, run a couple of gambling rings, and get some prostitutes out of trouble, but I finally got a piece of smoked plexi for the front of my cab.  My question is what are some different ways to mount it?

I've read about the runner idea, putting small wood runners on the side so the plexi can rest against it.  What other ideas do we have?  Anyone got any pictures to share?

Well here are two threads I dug up...

one thread

oooh another tread with OSCAR pics

*shrug* my cabinet had the existing monitor glass "rails" so I didn't have to think about it, too hard =P

There's bound to be some rails/clips/etc in the HD hardware asiles somewhere =P

good luck1
