Direct Draw or Direct3D? (REVISED)
« on: January 16, 2010, 02:52:49 pm »
I have transitioned from the Arcade VGA to an ATI Radeon HD4350 thanks to Soft 15khz. What are the majority of you using, direct draw or direct3d? The AVGA recommends direct draw but that chipset is several years old and maybe direct 3d is a better option these days? I see little difference to be honest. Using core 2 quad 2.4 E8200 with 4 gigs of ram so my system is decent enough.
