When working on my project I had a lot of tools, but not bits, and my router skills arent the best, so I figured I would take a look around to see if there were any places who could take on that task for me.
After searching I came across OCIP.
http://www.ocip.com/I contacted them for a quote and gave them my specifications of 37x18” to be cut from a 1/8” thick clear acrylic plexiglass sheet with a radiused side. 31 holes in total, one being 3-1/2” in diameter and the other 30 holes in a 1-1/8” diameter, centered on the crosshairs. I also attached my small example of it

I recived an email back saying it would be $45.00 and I was shcoked.
It would cost me almost nearly that much to buy the bit and the plexi, and when you factor in the time and mistakes that may be made, this was an awesome deal.
I gave them my full size template, but they said they couldnt use it as it had no vector points to cut off of. Using a CNC laser machine I guess you need that. So I downloaded the free trial of AutoCAD, inserted a picture of my template, and applied red lines and circles over it. Never having used AutoCAD before it took me about 2 hours to do this. But with know how already it would take about 10 minutes.
I sent the new version to them, they said it was perfect, they billed me $45 (+$4 to OH), and had it to me in 10 days.
Not the greatest picture, but good enough.

Very nice company and people to work with. I highly recommend them to everyone else.
