Introduction and a plea for help
« on: January 04, 2010, 06:55:23 pm »
Hello all! I hate asking for things on my very first post, but I somehow missed this amazing site during my short time working on Arcade Cabs. The amount of knowledge and information you all have is RIDICULOUS. I've been a long time contributor to the SRK forums and recently started getting into Cabs. I currently have a modified Dynamo running a ps2, for all of my Street Fighter needs, and I also am in the process of building a vewlix clone for some Street Fighter 4 / Blazblue.

I come to you all asking this.....

I've ALWAYS wanted a Donkey Kong machine, but after looking for around a year and having no luck, I've decided to try and build a replica. I plan on using MAME on it, so really it shouldn't be TOO difficult. I recently stumbled upon some of the original artwork in vectors (  .ai files  ) but I do not have illustrator on my computer. I do have an older version of photoshop, but when I open it and try to make the picture bigger, it's gets distorted. I apologize if this has been brought up before, but I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to convert some .ai's I have into a PSD so I can get them printed up at Kinkos.

I look forward to contributing what I can to this site.

Thanks a bunch guys!
