The reviews don't look so good...

Dunno... that reviewer that complained about all those missing pieces?  None of them are in the picture.

Newegg gives you a 30 day return for refund / replacement on this, too... so...

If I were looking for a second Wii I'd be hovering over the Add to Cart button right now.  Newegg's refurbs are pretty good.  Their rebates can be questionable, though, so count the pre-rebate price as what you'll likely end up paying.

I'm not really in a Wii-buying mood, but the review that said that said he called up Nintendo to complain and found out these are certified by a third-party and not Nintendo makes me nervous.

Wii repair went up to $85? I thought it was $75... damn.

I better send in mine for repairs soon then.

I never get nervous about buying from newegg I've ordered tons on PC parts and my whole home theater setup from them I've only ran into 2 instances where a product was DOA one was a I7 motherboard the other was a recertified Sony 7.1 receiver I called on both and got them to pay the shipping on the motherboard and I had to cover the receiver not really a big deal consider how much cash I've saved over the years buying from them as far as the wii being certified by another company I'm sure newegg would not use them if they were not trust worthy
