Ignore unless you have a Buffalo Terastation
« on: November 24, 2009, 12:57:59 am »
I have a Buffalo Terastation Pro II.  It's currently being used as a NAS, but I'm wondering whether it can be attached to a PC with a USB drive and mount as a normal external hard drive enclosure would.  But the location of my Terastation makes it an enormous PITA to test it myself.  Does anyone happen to know if this is possible?  The device definitely has USB ports on it, but as far as I know they are only for attaching other external hard disks to in order to expend the Terastation's storage.
