Grab the K7000 manual here:
http://arcarc.xmission.com/PDF_Monitors/Wells%20Gardner%20K7000%20Manual.pdf

It's laid out in there pretty well.
Generally red/blue adjust TO the green.

Dont tell me that.. THe red and blue are spot on but the green is shifted up just slightly, but enough to make it look bad.

First, mark your rings with a marker in a straight line.  That way you can always return the rings back to their original position.

What I do is wiggle one slightly to see which color moves.  If its the wrong one, put it back and try the next.

THe red and blue are spot on

Spot on in relationship to what ?  ;)
There are rings that move the red and blue collectively as a pair.

but the green is shifted up just slightly, but enough to make it look bad.

Is the difference consistent throughout the monitor screen or just one particular area ?

I use nokia monitor test for the convergence pattern and the blue and red on right but the green is shifted up slightly on all parts of the monitor.
